[CS:GO] FFA Round End Fix

Round End Fix for FFA
Description
The plugin forces the Round to End when only 1 player is alive. This is a fix for Free For All Servers, because when the 2 last players are in the same team, without this plugin the round will not end.
Tested in [CS:GO] with
• Sourcemod 1.10 - build 6502 Linux
• Metamod:Source 1.11 - 1144 Linux
