This was a hit on my server and Lord_Saddler loved it so I figured I would share.

Screw the knife and buy yourself a pair of brass knuckles. This babys are deadly, they can really screw your enemy's aiming. If you get hit with the brass knuckle your view will be shaken up to stimulate being dizzy.
