Description:
All know a bug with the character of %. This plugin will correct all errors with this character.

Plugin functions:
To write % to a chat.
To write % in nickname.
As, it is possible to put more than two points successively in nickname.
Still there is function ColorChat. When you write something to a chat colour nickname awakes depending on the command of the player. (T - red, CT - blue, Spec - White.)
