Admin Evict - Will redirect n00bs to n00b servers

This plugin was a request by
ancient1: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=9053

The plugin will then force the player to leave/disconnect from the server
and connect to another server 'Definable in the cfg', this will allow admins
to kick noobs from clan style servers and redirect them to somewhere they will be able to play with other noobs. [Withpout the noobs losing heart due to rapage etc etc] Also the plugin will remember players who have been 'Evicted' and should they return within 24hrs, it will simply redirect them to the 'Noob' server automatically.

CVARS:
