Another simple plugin. This one blocks the C4 sounds while is planted.
Also, I added a client print for those who don't know the new gameplay style.

amx_silent_bomb "1" - Enable/disable blocking C4 sounds.

Copy the .amxx file to your plugins folder, and add its name to plugins.ini
Also, you should download the multilingual file (.txt) and put it in data\lang
