Requirements
Counter-Strike 1.6
AMX Mod X 1.8.2 or higher.
ReAPI or RoundControl 2.2.
Installation
If you don't use ReAPI - download and extract RoundControl (in attachments)
Download and extract Halloween Mod resources
Download and extract Halloween Mod plugins
Compile plugins and move compiled *.amxx to plugins folder
