ICQ Bot

Description:
This tool allows someone on your server to send a message to an admin on ICQ

Sample:
Your are playing on a server, there is a cheater. You type "!admin CheaterPlayer is cheating"
The admin will receive on aim something like :
!admin from '-=UFB=-hackziner' (STEAM_0:0:186639) say : !admin CheaterPlayer is cheating

Command:
!admin <message> : send the <message> to server icq contact with the ffac icqbot
CVARS:
ffac_icq_contact (default "") : Set icq adress for the ffac icq bot ! ( you can set severals address with ';' . Like "num;num" )
ffac_icq_bot_trigger : Set the trigger to send a message ( default !admin )
ffac_icq_bot_showpub : pub message
Require:

FFAC/Tool 2.2 installed at least ( 2.4's better )

I don't use icq. Please test if it works ... I haven't really test it ...

Easy install : If you have already install FFAC/Tool 2.x you can type "amx_ffac_hpt_install aaim" to install the last version
