[CS:GO] SpecList

SpecList for CS:GO
This plugin uses the flags ADMFLAG_UNBAN and ADMFLAG_CUSTOM1 to give those tags special colors when spectating. Also has command sm_stealth to be hidden completely from the speclist. There are no cvars to easily change the colors or permission flags, but it is easy to change within the code. (change the checked flags in IsPlayerAdmin() & IsPlayerVip())

To install just drop the smx in your plugins folder
