[CSGO] Tactical Shield

This plugin adds a tactical shield (or ballistic shield) to the game. It is designed to improve the tactical side of the game.

Installation

Simply download tacticalshield.smx and place it in your server inside "csgo/addons/sourcemod/plugins/".
