Description:
This is a mission scenario plugin. For c4 it works almost like Cheap Suit's plugin, only my version has no cvar of icon select, and that icon is flicing more and more (pending from how much secons untill explotion left). And writes alive hostage number if there are some on the map. When hostage dies - it starts flicing for 1 second.

Cvars:
* mp_mission_scenario :
- 0 : plugin disabled
- 1 : c4 timer
- 2 : hostage counter
- 3 : c4 timer and hostage counter

Tested with amxmodx 1.8.0.
