[CS:GO] Open/Close Jailbreak Cells

Description:
This plugin will auto detect the cells from a jailbreak map. It supports most of the jailbreak maps but not all.

What kind of doors it supports?
func_door
func_movelinear
func_door_rotating
prop_door_rotating

Added Natives:
JB_OpenCells()
JB_CloseCells()

Commands:
sm_open [Open Cells]
sm_close [Close Cells]
