[CS:S/CS:GO] Force map end

Small plugin that's usefull for DM/Bhop/Surf servers.

What does it do?

In Deathmatch the map doesn't change after you extended it once, and when the clock hits 0 you'll be stuck with a "this is the last round" message
This plugin forces the terrorists to win when the clock hits 0.

It also prints a chat msg on 30min/20min/10min/5min/2min/60sec/30sec/15sec/3sec/2sec/1sec of timeleft.
I didn't make this, this got coded for me by zipcore, since i run an DM server and had the problem with maps not changing.

What games does it work on?

Tested on CSGO and CSS.
