Default cs teamattack message is only printed to teamates.
This plugin can print that message to every players, or only to admins

Print mode :
0 : Disabled
1 : Print to all enemies and spectators
2 : Print to admins


Note : Whatever the cvar value, messages are printed to all teamates.
